Nice Harmony H906 Short Scale Bass in Black.
Harmony H-906 made in the late ’70s in Taiwan shortly after Harmony added Taiwanese production to their existing Japanese/Korean lines. This bass is a mean little player. The two humbucker style pickups are super fat sounding and can really vary up with the use of the tone knob. With the tone rolled down, you can get a great “mudbucker” style tone — or blast the tone for some punch.
The short scale makes it very nimble and easy to play. The action is low and comfortable. The short scale doesn’t make this bass sound small – it sounds surprisingly big for it’s size. Really there is nothing wrong with this bass. Would make a great main player for someone with small hands.
